Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

This makes a good amount of cookie dough..... because of the army that I feed everyday, I make a double batch but I would not recommend that unless you have a lot of people to feed!!

It makes a very large amount when doubled. I have very hungry young men who are always hungry so it doesn't last us too long. Enjoy ~~

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

3 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/4 cup white sugar

1 cup butter, softened

3 eggs

1 cup peanut butter

2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine both sugars, add butter and mix well; then add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla, mix well. Mix in flour, soda and salt.

Shape into balls then roll in white sugar. After they are on the cookie sheet, press with fork to slightly flatten cookie in both directions to make a crisscross pattern.

Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes.
